Studio Spotlight: The Fantasist

The Fantasist's design for Mr Burglar whiskey is superb. The perfect mix of imagination and neat printing techniques. With the use of thermo-sensitive paper,  contact with the bottle reveals finger prints until the label cools again. This is a self-initiated project, proving your best client is yourself when it comes to creativity. The thing that boggles my mind, is that it's these type of works that brings people to you, but then budget and costs get in the way. His/her portfolio includes some lovely work for the much blogged about skin care range UnLovely (which contains compounds extracted from fermented fruit), and a make-up artists branding. The Fantasist (can't seem to find real name) was a designer at Grapefruit in Romania, but is now based in London.
