A beautifully designed website by SILNT (pronounced si'lent), a Singapore based design practice. Feels ever so Norwegian in all it's minimalism. All the works are beautifully photographed with muted tones and serve as a background to the text and menu, nice transitions. Visit the site here.

Nestle's Christmas Village

For Christmas, Nestle' has created and online Christmas village where the user can enter the shops, like the bakery for example and get special christmas recipes for cakes, cookies and helpful hints. Mmmm...hot cocoa.... visit it here. The website resembles a sweet illustration from a children book. The cute design and Christmas melody with a holiday calendar creates the holiday spirit. Very-best-baking also provides you with a cooking guide, and you even can forward it to your mobile. There is also a great deal of interesting things for kids, like pictures for colouring and simple recipes.
