Bangkok University Creative Center

The Bangkok University Creative Center is a hub of lime green and magenta, with natural wood and chipboard surfaces. Designed by Supermachine Studio, a multi-tasking architects group. The group undertook the interior of 2 of the 4 floors of the uni, which was designed by Bangkok based 49Group. The space includes a workshop, library, exhibition space, viewing room and office, 600 sq.m in total.
The most impressive bit is the interactive pixel wall, an 180 sq.m wall covered in with 10,000 custom designed rotating four sided plastic pieces. Students are invited to spin the pixels, revealing their different colours and create images, messages, or patterns with the tactile wall.
