Happy Last New Year

Russia's StudioIN designed a 'last' New Year corporate gift in the form of an apocalypse wine bottle. The tongue-in-cheek label includes 14 possible apocalypse scenarios, including natural disasters such as a pole shift or tsunami and terrorist attack, computer virus (well...the world as we know it would end) UFO attack and a rat invasion.

A crossword puzzle universal wrapping paper for every possible occasion, from Christmas and namedays to 'It's not a tie!' Designed by Italians Fabio Milito and Francesca Guidotti. Genial! I previously posted about a fruitier wrapping paper here.

Fruity gift wrap

Instead of Christmas cards, Swedish design studio Happy F&B create a collection of wrapping paper for their clients. In  2010, they made a fruity collection, including banana, watermelon and orange. Attention to detail here - the oval fruit stickers as well as  printed fruit colours on the inside. Nice useful replacement to a Christmas card.

GENIUS!!

This is a brilliant gift which the Romanian based design firm Ampro Design give to their clients after signing a contract. The two necked bottle is enclosed in two glasses. One had 'You business' the other 'Our business' printed on it. You can read the logic behind the gift on the Dieline. I wonder how they actually got a bottling company to agree to make these bottles? And how much would this cost to do?? I want to know more!
